PayClock Online billing occurs at the end of every month. For monthly subscribers, your first month will be prorated based on the actual days of service in the signup month. Annual subscribers pay for 12 months service from date of signup, which is billed at the end of the signup month.

Enterprise customers pay for active employee usage in the prior month, with a minimum monthly fee of $25. Active employees are any employees with time (worked or non-worked) transactions in the prior month.

PayClock Online requires the purchase of hardware support for each connected time clock. This is automatically applied to your invoice at time of billing based on connected time clocks with activity.

You may terminate your account at any time, and stop future renewals; however, you are not entitled to a refund for any amounts already paid.

I authorize Lathem Time Corporation to charge my bank account for initial payment and each successive renewal of my PayClock Online Subscription until I have cancelled the subscription or provided a different method of payment.

If your clock goes down, or is damaged, you can rest assured knowing that with a simple phone call an exchange unit will be sent to you within two business days. This no-hassle exchange eliminates the time needed to send in your unit for estimates and repairs.

Extended Hardware Warranty

The support plan will extend the standard warranty that came with your product. With hardware support, your time clocks will be covered for free parts and labor to repair defects in materials or workmanship.
